Reward codes are fixed-length and case sensitive. Type them manually rather than pasting, because clipboard copies frequently carry a trailing space that the portal reads as an invalid character. Most daily codes expire within 24 hours of publication, and each code can be claimed once per account. If the portal reports that the code has already been used, check your in-game mail before assuming failure. Regional issuance timings are listed in the global tournament updates feed.
